Facets (2/8/12)
Awareness is like the sun that doesn’t move but seems to be somewhere else at night while asleep. Awareness IS.
The world is unreal and consciousness is the world’s reality.
Consciousness is primary and prior and not a body part.
Whatever sense of body or world there is, is entirely consciousness. Objects have no self. Self is consciousness is transcendental Subject.
In consciousness, the body is a sense and a collection of senses. The senses are consciousness and function even in sleep.
You’re asleep. You hear something and wake up. Senses function while asleep. All is consciousness.
Just like a candle flame is a transient appearance of fire, the human is a temporal instance of Self.
When you inquire and explore existence, the sense of “you” gets unstuck and begins to flow between being and non-being.
Neither being nor non-being can grasp You.
O Beloved, there is no room left in my heart For anything but You! - Hafiz
Between me and You, there is only me. Take away the me, so only You remain. - Hallaj
